The material that arrived was flimsy and not like the picture shown on the website. It did not have the same fall at all. The stitching Looked really rudimentary and not professional, with threads visible at the ends. When I contacted them for a return, they asked me to pay for both initial shipping and return shipping and gave me a week, which I missed as I was traveling for work, and they refused to accommodate me after, so definitely not the best customer service. Very frustrating experience
I bought this dress for graduation, and it came with a HORRIBLE smell. Sizing was also about a size off for me. Absolutely disgusting smell, though. I had to return it, and then I was told I wouldn't be getting my full refund back. Wouldn't recommend.
