  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia

Shipping Restrictions:

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.

Shipping Costs

We offer a straightforward, tiered shipping fee structure:
For United States:-

  • Express Shipping: A flat fee of $5.00 USD applies to all orders with a total value below $75.00 USD.
  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free express shipping on all orders with a total value of $75.00 USD or more.

Australia:-

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free express shipping on all orders.

The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • United States: Generally, orders take between 8–12 business days for delivery after processing time of 1-3 business days. Total timeframe from order placement to delivery is typically 10–15 business days (approximately 2–3 weeks).
  • Australia: Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery after processing time of 1-3 business days. Total timeframe from order placement to delivery is typically 12–18 business days (approximately 3–4 weeks).

Please Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Please allow for potential delays due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or a high volume of orders during peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor your order's progress.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your Mavena Co. account.

Delivery Issues
