I am from Russia, my height is ~175 and my Russian size is 44-46. I ordered size M, was worried it would be small, but no! Miniature girls, don't be afraid to order a small size, the material stretches well and doesn't squeeze anywhere (I could have taken S as well). The top is very good, quite long (if desired, it covers the stomach). Mostly the material is synthetic. There is a small bow in the middle, I will most likely remove it.
