Well… these shoes and I had a bit of a misunderstanding.

The photos online show a beautiful deep burgundy color. The shoes that arrived are more like “hello, I am very red and I’d like everyone to know it.” Not exactly the same vibe. Unfortunately, I had already bought a purse specifically to match the burgundy color… so now my purse and shoes are no longer on speaking terms.

Shipping also took a while since they came from overseas, so by the time they arrived I was really excited… and then slightly confused when I opened the box.

That said, I will give credit where it’s due — the shoes are actually comfortable, and they do have a nice chunky sole. They also run a little big, so keep that in mind when ordering.

So overall: cute, comfortable, but the color plot twist was unexpected. If you’re ordering for the exact shade shown in the photos, just know your shoes may decide to show up with their own personality.

I have always been a size 40 all of my life. I get these shoes and they are so tight. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and was in the hospital for over a month. I have contacted the company and they would not exchange or allow me to refund because it was past their timeline. I am so disappointed they’re in the original packaging. I even offered to ship them out to someone in the United States that was a size 40 for me to be allowed to have the correct size of shoes. They would not work with me at all. I now have a pair of shoes that I cannot wear still sitting in the original packaging. How can a company not accommodate a customer when they’re sizing is clearly off?! This is downright unacceptable and I am so frustrated that they will not work with me. Do not order from this company. The shoes are not made with quality they’re cheap and then on top of the quality to have something that does not fit and sitting in my closet is extremely frustrating.
